Hidden little gem! The owner is very friendly! Pre ordered tea as a gift for my daughter in law and she had nicely put in a box ready to gift!! I will definitely be back! Butterfly tea is my favorite!! Must try the others! Thank you Bell for your service! You are a kind hearted person!

I came yesterday with my friends for a tea service and was absolutely blown away by the experience. The entire staff was lovely and kind, bringing a sense of warmth and kindness into the room each time they walked in. They provided us with incredible service, including allowing us to taste a new dessert concoction (which, by the way, was delicious, unique, and aromatic) and even going the extra mile to make sure they knew and learned all of our names. They were so knowledgeable about tea, and were able to curate a flavor experience that was suited to our preferences perfectly. The food was also quite yummy—I especially loved the almond tea cakes, which were crispy and not too sweet. On top of it all, the ambiance was utterly gorgeous. Our table was adorned with beautiful flowers, a scented candle, a big, hand-written sign greeting us, and even a small letter written especially to us. Needless to say, I am absolutely coming back here, and I highly recommend trying them if you have the chance. Don't skip out on this place!!

My daughter and I have been enjoying high tea at various locations for the past 20+ years. But we have never had such an amazing experience as we have enjoyed at Perfect Peace Tea House. Bell and Anaiah really know their teas. The teas are delicious, the pairings with the food are very complementary, and the service is sincere and thoughtful. You can tell that they really put their hearts and souls into making each person's high tea experience unique and customer centered. My daughter and I have been twice already, and we will definitely be making this a regular tradition.

Our Daughter treated her Mom's to the High Noon Tea at Perfect Peace Tea In Elk Grove, California. This business is a sole proprietorship owned by Bell Jordan. The two Mom's had a wonderful time. We were in a private room and Ms.Jordan and her Assistant Anaiah made us feel very special. They were very attentive and made sure we were having a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and we tasted several tea choices that paired well with the meal. The final course was our dessert, and we also celebrated a Mom birthday with a special slice of cake and candle moment. It was a unique dining experience and we will be back

I took my mom here for high tea as a birthday treat. We had so much fun! Bell and Anaiyah are amazing hostesses who made every minute of the experience memorable! They went above and beyond to make sure every element of the tea service was perfect. The pairing of foods and teas were spot on, and everything was delicious! I also love that they are so knowledgeable about the teas that they mix in house and serve. The most unexpected part of the experience was the portion sizes. Normally, high tea service is made up of several small portions, but Perfect Peace's high tea was a five-course meal! We were so full that we had to take the dessert to go! Thank you so much Perfect Peace Tea House for making my mom's birthday so special! We will definitely be back!
